Remind Me
A follow-up tool for project managers who run several projects at once. Remind Me adds follow-up dates, reminders, and status signals to a task board, so a task that has not been updated recently is easy to find. It is free to use.

A standard Kanban board shows the current column for each task: to do, in progress, done. It does not track how long a task has gone without an update, so a task can stay in one column for weeks without anyone noticing. This is a common way for work to stall between status meetings.
Remind Me keeps the standard board and adds follow-up dates, reminders, and per-project status signals. Tasks that are overdue or have not been updated recently appear in a dedicated list.
Task board
Drag tasks across your columns. Start new projects from a template to begin with a defined structure rather than an empty board.
Follow-up dates and reminders
Assign any card a follow-up date or a repeating interval. Overdue cards and cards with no update for 14 days are flagged. You can snooze a card for a day or park it for later without deleting it.
Cross-project queue
One list combines the cards that need attention across all your projects, ordered by priority and by whether they are blocked or overdue. You do not have to open each board separately.
Per-project status
Each project shows a status of healthy, working, worried, or critical. The project list displays these signals so you can review the full set before opening a card.
Summary views and export
Executive and performance views summarize activity across your projects. You can export a PowerPoint file for use in stakeholder meetings.
Search
Search across all projects by owner, title, or notes, and filter for blocked or overdue cards.
Remind Me is intended for project managers and team leads who run several active projects and need to track follow-ups across all of them. It replaces the manual habit of checking each project for stalled work.
Each account uses its own separate database. Backup and restore are included, and the app keeps a record of changes.
