Background
More than 35 years of IT experience across industries including insurance, restaurants, marketing, and music, at scales from a single-location business to enterprise initiatives. The practice draws on that range: the same diagnostic instinct that finds a broken process in a small restaurant has worked in large organizations, and vice versa.
Newell Digital, LLC is a single-principal practice. Every engagement is led by the same person from first conversation through delivery and support. There are no handoffs to a team you never meet.
Products
Red's Recipe Manager is a hosted recipe catalog for chef-owned restaurants with one to five locations. It began as a custom build for a working kitchen and grew into a full product. It is the clearest example of what the practice builds: a focused system that removes a specific category of daily friction.
Consulting
The consulting practice helps businesses replace the manual work they do to get around software that gets in their way. Common engagements include integrations between existing systems, process automation, and fractional CTO work for businesses that need experienced technology direction without a full-time hire.
