Your subscription is in. We use the restaurant or business name from checkout to set up your private instance.

Next steps

  1. We create your hosted instance and the first admin account.
  2. We email the checkout address with your login URL. The first screen is login; you set your password there.
  3. We schedule one training session with you.

Timing

Most setups complete within a few business days. If something is missing from the checkout details, we will email you before we proceed.

Recipe conversion

Loading existing recipes is optional and priced separately ($399, up to about 300 typed recipes). See pricing if you want us to type them in. That is the only optional add-on; hosting, setup, backups, updates, and the training session are included in the subscription.
