Updates

How updates work

Your purchase includes 12 months of updates. During that time, any new version released is yours. After 12 months, the version you have keeps working for as long as you want; renewing for further updates is optional.

Install an update

1. Make a backup first. It takes one click.
2. Download the new installer from the download page.
3. Run it. The update installs over your current version. Your recipes and license key stay in place.

Check your version

Go to Settings, then About. You'll see your version, your license tier, and the date your updates run through.

If an update won't accept your key

A version released after your 12 months of updates ended won't activate with your key. Reinstall the version you were on, or email info@newelldigital.com about a renewal.
